I did a very general search today for homes, non-condo under 300k in Queen Anne, Magnolia, Belltown, Downtown, Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, and Green Lake and came up with OVER 100 listings! They ranged anywhere from cute 2bed/1bath home in Queen Anne to 3bed/1bath rambler in Ballard, minor cosmetic fixer to move-in-ready! One thing for sure, when a hot listing comes up in Seattle, they do not last!
Here are the statistics:
- 58 homes with one to two bedrooms.
- 93 homes with two to three bedrooms.
- 41 homes were up to 1000 sq. ft.
- 75 homes were at least 1000 sq. ft or larger.
- 62 homes had at least a attached or detached garage.
- 21 homes with at least a carport, attached or detached.
