My name is Christy Kim and I absolutely love what I do!  Real estate is my passion, what I love and enjoy doing the most, and I am sincerely dedicated to the people that I serve.

Resident of Seattle for over 10 years and graduate of University of Washington (Go Huskies!), I am proud to be a Seattleite and will boast about this city at every chance I get!  It may not be sunny 365 days here, but Seattle is rich with culture, art, and diversity.  This city has so much to offer with diverse array of industries, exciting year around festivals, beautiful water, parks in every corner, awesome sports teams, music and art scene, and casual dining to the five-star restaurants.  I came to realize that my love for this city combined with my outgoing personality, curious mind, and knack for discovering creative solutions provided the perfect backdrop to a real estate career. I became a licensed real estate broker in 2005 and never looked back.

My specialties are first-time homebuyers and investors.  First-time homebuyers are generally both excited and apprehensive about the home buying experience.  With patience and experience, I have been able to provide guidance with useful information to ensure they make the right decision and feel comfortable from the start to finish. I am also a real estate investor with multiple rental properties and an active member of REIA, local real estate club for investors.  Because of my experience as an investor myself, I have a good understanding of what savvy investors are looking for both in the investments properties they seek and from their broker.
